Our Mission and Beliefs

Our Vision - To bring the Kingdom of God here on earth as it is in heaven. (Mt 6:10)

Our Mission - By the grace of God we are called by Christ, Jesus to be his disciples who proclaim by word and deed his Gospel of salvation by grace alone so all will join us in this holy ministry. (Mt 28:19-20)

Our Purposes - (In development)
Our Guiding Principles - (In development)

Luther's Rose Seal is the image featured in the center of our logo. Martin Luther was an Augustinian monk of the Church (Now the Roman Catholic Church). Due to his attempt to reform the Church by grounding it on the Gospel, (All are saved by the free grace of God which moves us to be faithfully obedient to the way of God), he was marked as a heretic by the Pope, and excommunicated from the Church. As a result of political aid, Luther survived and the Protestant Reformation began. Hence he is the father of the Protestant side of Christianity.
Luther designed this "Rose" seal as a means to remember the Gospel of Christ and its effect on us. Cross is about our faith in Jesus who was crucified for our sin, and touches our hearts to walk in faith that we are justified by God the Trinity, (Father,Son, Holy Spirit). The white rose expresses this justification and our being draw to live holy lives by God's grace. The sky-blue field symbolizes our joy of salvation with God by grace that is already but not yet completely experienced in this life. Lastly the golden ring witnesses to God's reign that blesses us forever.
